Please describe the problem:
Today started DST for me, and my clock didn't automatically switchover.  To
correct this, I used ntpdate to set the time an hour forward, and
gnome-screensaver immediately kicked in.  Gnome-screensaver should have its own
time to prevent it from starting when the system clock jumps.
