Description David Richards 2006-03-23 14:57:11 UTC
Please describe the problem:
If you have several levels of folders that are marked as New and bolded, if you
right mouse on the parent folder you can select "Mark as read". A dialog comes
up and asks if you want to do the sub-folders too. If you answer "Yes", the
folder tree on the left updates and seems to indicate this has been performed.
However, when you then click into a sub-folder the headers display as all new
messages and the left folder name bolds and displays all of them as new again.
The work around is to start witht he lowest level folder and make your way to
the top. It will work in the current folder only, and not sub-folders.
