GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 335660
Changing the size and font of subtitles does not work
Last modified: 2006-03-27 12:09:07 UTC
Please describe the problem: I am using .srt subtitles. They work just fine if they have the same filename that the .avi file. Now I want to make the subtitles bigger. I try to do it, but it doesn't seem to work. Steps to reproduce: 1. I open Totem. 2. Go to Edit->Preferences->Subtitles 3. Change font and size. 4. Nothing happens, the size keeps being the same for the subtitles. The configuration is changed and saved for the future, but it has no effect. Actual results: No change in the subtitles size neither in the font. Expected results: An inmediate change in the size and font. Does this happen every time? Yes. I have tried with several movies and subtitles and I always get the same behaviour. Other information:
Is that with the xine-lib backend?
Yes. I'm using xine-lib: "Movie Player using xine-lib version 1.0.1"
