Nautilus should have tabs like mozilla firefox.

Nautilus isn't a web browser, it's a file manager.
Don't know if you really are using 2.1 as you're suggesting, but currently nautilus doesn't even have web browsing code.
Instead - nautilus har both the spatial mode for handling files, and a browser mode, none of which should have as many windows open as a web browsing session. Also - tabs are bad for dragging and dropping which is a must in a user-friendly file browser.
There is another bug where this has been marked WONTFIX, and I personally think it's rightly so.

Konqueror have this feature, even on "file manager" mode.

And what is wrong in dragging and dropping files between tabs?
