Please describe the problem:
I cannot subscribe to a webcal calendar on the web requiring user
authentication. When adding the calendar I get an "unauthorized" error, but
there is no place to enter my username and password.


Steps to reproduce:


Actual results:


Expected results:
I should be prompted for a username and account when getting an unauthorized
error from the web server.

Does this happen every time?

This is a duplicate of bug 268162. The webcal dialog lacks the aility to conveniently and understandable add a username and password.

For a quick workaround please see bug 268162 comment 1.
