Description Marius Gedminas 2006-03-08 15:50:24 UTC
In Nautilus 2.12 I could use typeahead to locate a file, and then use the arrow
keys to select another file, or press Enter to open it, or press Shift+Enter to
open a subdirectory in a new browser window.

In Nautilus 2.13 I can use typeahed to locate a file, however the little popup
entry box intercepts the arrow keys and Shift+Enter. I have to press Esc to
close the popup and only then I can use arrows/Shift+Enter.

I would like to see the typeahead box, but be able to use arrows/Shift+Enter for
navigation. I think Backspace and symbolic keys are enough for typeahead.

Other information:
I use Ubuntu Dapper. I don't know if that's actually relevant, but Ubuntu is
well known for patching Nautilus in certain releases. ;)
