Description of Problem:

When creating a new appointment/meeting, the date convention used in the
UI is mm/dd/yyyy. But when it is actually saved to the calender, the
date format becomes dd/mm/yyyy.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create new appointment
2. select arbitrary date/time, and save
3. what appear on the calendar is wrong.

How often does this happen?

Every time.
