Description Alex Lancaster 2006-02-21 16:48:36 UTC
Dragging a set of tracks from the entry view on top of an unopened folder on the Desktop in nautilus doesn't work. When doing other kinds of drag and drop actions in nautilus, normally a folder turns black (in my theme) when the cursor is dragged and hovers over, then upon the "drop" action (the mouse release), the files are copied inside the folder rather than on the Desktop.

When doing the same from rhythmbox the folder won't highlight (turn black in my theme) and the files always appear on the Desktop rather than within the intended destination folder.

Hmm, looks like that doesn't work from many applications to nautilus, such a galeon, epiphany etc. not just rhythmbox. Phooey. See bug #330258
