Please describe the problem:
Files with long lines of text take a long time to load.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached file

Actual results:
gedit takes a LONG time to load

Expected results:
gedit loads file in short time

Does this happen every time?
yes

Other information:
Inserting line breaks fixes the problem.

NB: If you are unable to recreate the bug, try doubling the length of the file (simply select all & copy/paste). I suspect this may occur if you have a more powerful system (for obvious reasons).

This is a design tradeoff of GtkTextView
