* left click on the mixer applet
* drag it to the bottom

The icon change to muted

* right click on the applet, unmute

The volume stays muted...

The volume is zero, what do you expect to happen? Should it go to "1", whatever that means (either max, or medium, or just-little-more-than-zero)? I don't mind such bug reports, but it is technically correct. If it is a usability issue, please tell me the expected behaviour, because for all I know, this is correct. :-).
