when panel dies nm-applet exits

as title says, nm-applet is not crashing it exits. And as there is no session management ... it doesn't restart.
Yeah, not entirely sure how to handle this.
right now nm-applet is crashing when the panel dies. Rodrigo Moya just uploaded a change to gnome-power-manager that maked it reload the icon when the panel dies and is started again.
