Please describe the problem:
In out of space conditions, all personnal data could be lost.

Steps to reproduce:
1. start epiphany
2. go out of space
3. continue to use epiphany and sites using personnal datas (login/passwords)
4. quit and restart epiphany -> no more personnal datas
