GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 331113
undoing actions to before the last save doesn't mark file as edited
Last modified: 2006-02-14 11:17:30 UTC
To reproduce: Open a file or create a new one. Write some text. Save it. Write some more text. The file is marked as edited. Trying to close now warns you. Hit undo until you've removed the second lot of text. The file is marked as not edited. Trying to close now doesn't warn you. Hit undo again, until the first lot of text is gone. The file is still marked as not edited. Trying to close now still doesn't warn you, even though the file is not the same as the version on disk.
