Description of Problem:
Evolution Calendar does report wrong date format when setting up
meetings. This seems to works when using language English (US)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Login on with language set to NB (Norwegian Bokm\xE5l)
2. Start evolution (using exchange)
3. Try to schedule a meeting

Actual Results:
Evolution displays error message "Wrong Start Date". Then error
message "Illegal Date Format" is displayed

Expected Results:
Meeting is scheduled

This error har been introduced during the last month. This worked ok in 
earlier releases.
