In offline mode, right click on any folder.==> Copy and Move are Enbled. 
No action when clicking on Copy or Move. 

Copy and Move can be disabled in offline mode rather than leaving the menu items
active and performing nothing.

Ideally this should not be disabled, but deferred until the account is online again... Hmm...
