Steps:
1) create a meeting for today at noon
2) set a reminder for 15 minutes before the meeting
3) move the meeting to tomorrow at noon
4) get a reminder *today* at 11:45 for the meeting *tomorrow* at noon.

This is a big bug as it could cause me to miss meetings.

Verified with sragavan modified alarm code. Fix has been commited to head.
