Please describe the problem:
Right-clicking on a URL in terminal brings up a context menu that should begin
with choices for opening/copying URLs -- instead, there is a divider line at the
top of the menu with no choices for URLs above it. The divider is approx. 1-2 mm
below the top of the menu, and below it are the remaining menu choices beginning
with "Open Terminal".
