It would be quite nice if the workspace switcher applet for show some kind of
visual hint when a window has the URGENT WM hint set on it. It should be shown
regardlessly of whether the window is on top.

My suggestion would be drawing that window in a different color (maybe in a
third color when it is underneath another window).
