Please describe the problem:
With CVS HEAD and gstreamer 0.10, it appears that titles of tracks aren't being
picked up and displayed.  Some issue with the shoutcast(?) plugin perhaps?  I
seem to recall this was working nicely with gstreamer 0.8 and the notification
area would pop-up when there was a track change.

Steps to reproduce:
1. rhythmbox
2. add a radio station, e.g. Groove Salad: http://www.somafm.com/groovesalad.pls
2. listen to it


Actual results:
Observe no track titles appear.

Expected results:
Track titles should appear.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

The changes made to gnomevfssrc in gstreamer 0.8 to get streaming radio metadata as tags need to be applied to gstreamer 0.10 to get this working.  I've provided a patch for this in bug 325847, but there has been no response from the gstreamer developers so far.
