Which will list all sites that are execptions from the general rule, as per the
menu option.

If i understand correctly, you would like to see this added to "Personal Data" dialog.
What do you think? It makes sense to me, to have a list of all the websites that are exceptions. Shall we make a "Popup" column near "Cookie" and "Password" to handle this?

We shouldn't need this anymore. Browsers block popups by default nowadays, and a site that's incompatible with that is just broken. Our popup blocker might be too aggressive, but that should be fixed.
