GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 328222
Repeat last action on every open images
Last modified: 2008-01-15 14:05:27 UTC
I work often on multiple image, and need perform the same operation on this images. One of my tipical workflow is to retouch my scanned images (text from uni) and print out. The images are scanned or photographed. My workaround to this problem, is that I assume shortcuts to the function what I use. 1. open all images 2. see the tools necessary to apply to the images. 3. create shortcuts: Ctrl-a, Ctrl-s, Ctrl-d, Ctrl-f ...Ctrl-k (for save), Ctrl-l (for close) 4. repeat the shortcuts all of my images (tipically 30-40). I know that there exist a plugin to perform some BASIC operation on multiple image, but Im not asking for this. (Im not asking a subsection of available tools). Im asking that every change on the current image can be applied (with the same parameter) all of the other opened images. Its different, because this way I can use all the gimp functionality.
This is just a special case of bug #51937 and in no way simpler to implement. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 51937 ***
