Please describe the problem:
When I want to open a file per drag and drop with a program that I have placed
in the pannel....I can't see with program it will be opened because the icon is
blocking the sight...

...so I'am just lucky if I hit the right icon...with luck

Steps to reproduce:
1. drag a file in to a starter app in the pannel
2. let it go 
3. if your are lucky...your program opened...if not try again!
