Here's a quick patch to add the license to the about window.

Interesting, the stock GPL text says "You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License along with xxx" but ephy doesn't actually include the full GPL in it's source tarball, perhaps we should.

Isn't the COPYING file included in the tarball sufficent?
