Please describe the problem:
Opening a file or directory after renaiming it does not exit the rename mode

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a or rename a file / directory
2. Activate it


Actual results:
The file / directory is opened, but remains in rename mode

Expected results:
The rename be applied and the rename mode exited

Does this happen every time?
Yes

I would like to add that I could reproduce this only for the folder created/renamed on the Desktop.

My steps to reproduce:
1. Create a or rename a file / directory on the desktop
2. Double-click on the icon
