Sometimes the Password dialog Exchange contacts pops up without user names
and falis to authenticate with the proper password.
User has to go to mailer view, authenticate and then come back to 
contacts dialog.

Exchange uses property "username" and Groupwise user it as "user"
Idially we should have one property "username", but since if it is 
changed now, there will be migration issues. So checking for both
"user" and "username" properties.
