Description David Prieto 2006-01-18 16:12:41 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Drag and drop behavior of file-roller seems to be broken. When you want to drop
a large file from file-roller on your desktop for example, you have to drag it,
wait until it is extracted to /tmp, then drop it and wait again until it is
copied from /tmp to your desktop.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open a zipped file
2. select something to unzip
3. drag it anywhere else

Actual results:
you have to wait up, or the unzipping process stops.

Expected results:
You should be able to just drag the file and leave the rest to file-roller.
There's no point in waiting.

Does this happen every time?
Yep.

I agree. Very annoying. However, this seems to be a dup of bug 97609 and/or 102501, and the problems with solving it are described there.
