Evolution is in offline.
Goto 'Folder ->subscriptions'.
'Folder subscriptions' popup and observe that evolution/connector is trying to connect to server.

Expected : Should display some message instead of a indicator showing trying to connect.

I don't see any message but folder list loads for me in offline under Folder -> Subscription dialog. I have tried in Evolution 3.2.1
