error on palm-sync with categories

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create palm contact/todo/calender entry with a category (privat,
work)
2. sync with evolution
3. evolution ignores the category from palm

Actual Results:
duplicate entries after serveral sync (one with assigned category, one
without)

It would also be nice to be able to sync multiple categories at once.
