The arrows of the too-many-tabs-for-window-width state, are very tiny, and there
is no highlighting when the mouse is over the arrow (like the tab close button
does) it should be wider and must be highlighted when the mouse is over.

Thanks for your bug report. This is problem is not specific to Epiphany but should be solved in GTK, so I'm changing the Product/Component. Please feel free to report any other problems you may find.

arrow size is much better these days. Still no prelighting
