Description of Problem:

I just started using a simple mail-notification script that listens to
DBUS messags from evolution.  it fires on mail that evolution later
classifies as junk, but I would prefer not to be notified about such
emails.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. enable dbus notification in evolution
2. run a notification program listening for these messages
3. get spam email

Actual Results:

notification message

Expected Results:

no notifcation message
