Some ROLE enumerations: ROLE_ENTRY, ROLE_CHART, ROLE_CAPTION,
ROLE_DOCUMENT_FRAME, ROLE_HEADING, ROLE_PAGE, ROLE_SECTION. Deprecate
ROLE_AUTOCOMPLETE.
