evolution crashes when trying to add entries to a LDAP server

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Configure a LDAP server with no entries
2. bind to LDAP server with the master dn
3. try to copy an entry from private folder to ldap server.

Expected Results:

Evolution crashes.

Not at this moment, I have tried 2.0.4 and it works when trying to move entries from private folders to LDAP server, but it crashes when trying to edit/add them directly using the forms.

This report and the duplicate are 2.2.x, no duplicate with any later version.
