Crash after changing the location in the gwheater applet

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. open the settings dialog
2. change the location (europe/germany/munich (muc) to
europe/germany/berlin/tegel (tlx)
3. change the update period (from 30 to 5) and save (german locale)

Expected Results:
updated wheater results for the selected location

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but the maintainers need more information to fix the bug. Could you please answer the questions in the other report?
