Please describe the problem:
The weather information about Ningbo, China cannot be retrieved

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the Loaction to to Asia->People's Republic of China->Ningbo




Actual results:
The applet will be in updating for a long time, finally fail.

Expected results:
The weather information shows up in a few seconds.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.
