as title says rhythmbox and totem already work with gstreamer 0.10, it would be awesome if sound-juicer could also be ported.

This has started on the SJ_GSTREAMER_10 branch.  Patches welcome to make playing work!

To Do:

* port playback
* get extracting code reviewed by a GStreamer 0.10 expert
* verify all important codecs work (vorbis, flac, wave, mp3, faac)
* investigate using disk-id/musicbrainz-disk-id provided by cddasrc rather than MusicBrainz
