Description of Problem:
Trying to Compose a message have text highlighted click the CUt, Copty,
Paste toolbar and they do not work or respond. They work in the compose
message window but don;t in the CC: To: Subject: column

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Compose Mail 
2. Highlight Text in either To: CC: Subject: Column
3. Use toolbar cut,copy,paste or right click

Actual Results:
Does nothing

Additional Information:
Also note i was composing a mail i right clicked hit copy and reopened a
compose window right away and it showed the paste button but pasted
nothing. Try that out as well

correct, i can reproduce this in 2.5.3. targetting this to 2.4.3.
