The dialog on mail filter rules, shown when setting a date filtering rule is hardly tied to english grammar. 

In the link posted we can see a picture taken from the dialog (this is evolution 2.2, but the code has not changed since that).

First error, is widget ordering. In spanish and other latin languages it should appear as:

|| <label>  || <spinbutton> || <droplist> ||

Also the table is not centered. It appears displaced on the left, and we should give more space between the text and the table below.

Add a new email filter using "Date sent" filter. Then clic on <clic here to select a date> 

A new dialog appears. Then select "A time relative to the current time".

Committed the alignment issue. I dont think that we can fix the other part, so a WONT fix IMO. Please reopen if you have an issue.
