Description Elijah Newren 2005-12-22 06:15:03 UTC
This will be a tracker for xinerama bugs. Here's the ones I was able to find to start it off with:

119187 meta-key for maximizing across Xinerama borders.
145503 Xinerama window placement option
315622 Dragging of maximized windows to another Xinerama screen
323820 Moving maximized windows between xineramas doesn't work properly

you might add http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=354330
Comment 2 self 2006-09-19 20:54:55 UTC
another xinerama bug: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=334830
anyone you triage that bug? I would be very willing to provide more information, if it's not reproduceable....
Comment 3 Elijah Newren 2007-04-12 21:08:35 UTC
Sure (btw, just type e.g. bug 334830 instead of the full url (that allows me to mouseover and see it has since been fixed); it's much nicer in bugzilla that way):

350353 Make constraints avoid xinerama void areas
Comment 4 André Klapper 2020-11-06 20:05:02 UTC
bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all old bug reports in Bugzilla which have not seen updates for many years.

If you can still reproduce this issue in a currently supported version of GNOME (currently that would be 3.38), then please feel free to report it at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/metacity/-/issues/

Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
