Latex file is displayed wrong

Please describe the problem: Here is an minimal example that doesn't display correct: \NeedsTeXFormat{LaTeX2e} \documentclass[a4paper,12pt]{scrreprt} \usepackage[latin1]{inputenc} \usepackage{ngerman} \usepackage[T1]{fontenc} \begin{document} öäü\\ \textbf{konfigurierbaren}\\ \glq\\ \glqq\\ \grq\\ \grqq \end{document} With Acrobar Reader this minimal example displays correct. Steps to reproduce: 1. create a latex wile with this content 2. use pdflatex to create it 3. view it with pdflatex Actual results: Expected results: Does this happen every time? Other information:

Gpdf is no longer maintained, closing WONTFIX. Please use Evince for your pdf viewing needs. http://www.gnome.org/projects/evince/
This is another instance of the bug where evince takes forever to render and it looks bad when it's done. Reopen, reassign to evince.
