Description Brian Smith 2005-12-20 11:48:58 UTC
Please describe the problem:
The change sign button/shortcut (+/-;c) and exponent button (Exp) do not
interact as expected or documented. It seems not to be possible to enter a -ve
exponent at present.

Steps to reproduce:
1. 1 Exp 5 +/-

Actual results:
see -(1*10^5)

Expected results:
1*10^-5

Does this happen every time?
yes

You can get the desired results using 1 exp ( - 5 )

Arguably, 1 exp ( 5 +/- ) should also give the same result, but it doesn't.

Sorry - my search didn't find the previous bug. The way of entering -ve exponents that does currently work is much more logical.

Thanks for all your efforts.
