Please describe the problem:
The notification for a full-day appointment appeared at 3:55 pm the day before
the appointment.  This seems a rather random selection if it was done on
purpose.  If it wasn't done on purpose, the notification appears to be
correlated with 11:55 pm UTC, since I'm using the PST (-800) time zone.
