Description Matthew Wardrop 2005-12-17 21:17:24 UTC
I am suggesting, if it is possible, that multiple threads of nautilus are used.
This is because when I use an online server (such as ftp, sftp, ...), local
directories are just as slow as the internet, for the file browser for the
online folder is locking (and freezing) all of the other folders. This makes the
use of an internet folder impractical with a slow connection, especially when
uploading information from a local folder, which your are simply dragging accross.
