This isn't a GIMP bug. Please specify which version of GTK+ you're using, so
that the bug can be reassigned. You could do us a favor and search for already
existing reports for this problem, too.

Pretty bold to file this as a GIMP bug. Don't you think the GIMP developers have
other things to do than doing the Bugzilla homework for you?

I tried to report it as a gnome bug via the bugtracker.
Search for a bug in the fileselector was no problem, I found no bug description
describing my problem. I tried to report it as a new bug in the file selector,
but no way. There is a list of 1001 gnome apps and libs, but no file selector.
Where to report? Dont know. I'm not a gnome developer and I dont know, in which
of the given libs the file selection dialog is.

Ok, I thougth, its a problem with the Gimp UI too, so this could be a way.

You are the guys developing gnome apps. You should know, whats the matter.
If you don't want anyone to use gnome and its apps... ok. I can live without it.
