Description Alexander “weej” Jones 2005-12-14 20:46:48 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Selecting text in Evince, then unselecting whilst keeping a selection fails to
re-draw what was underneath, leaving white everywhere until you start a new
selection.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load a PDF.
2. Select a block of text with a mouse drag.
3. Retract your selection.

Actual results:
Un-selected text does not redraw. Vertical lines left all over the shop.

Expected results:
No weirdness.

Does this happen every time?
Yes!

Thanks for reporting this problem. It should be fixed in poppler/evince CVS.
