Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set "Show animated images" to "on" under edit->Preferences->Mail Preferences->HTML Mail 2. Receive a long e-mail with an animated gif at the bottom 3. Note that the display scrolls down to where the animated image is visible 4. Try to read the beginning of the e-mail using the vertical scroll-bar to move to the beginning of the message 5. Note that, even while moving the scroll widget, the last part of the e-mail is always displayed 6. Set "show animated images" to "off" 7. Note that the message is now readable and the scroll-bars now work as expected. Actual Results: Only the section that contains the last animated image is displayed Expected Results: should be able to read the whole message even with animated images How often does this happen?
