Description Rico 2005-11-28 00:01:45 UTC
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu 5.10

Details:
Pre-defined items in the master category list for contacts appear in the list,
although they were removed.

To reproduce:
1. Open a contact
2. Click on the Categories button to open the category dialog
3. Select one of the pre-defined categories, e.g. "Holiday",
4. Click the delete button, the item is removed from the list.
5. Click "cancel" and restart Evolution
6. Go to 1. and the item will be back in the master category list.

If the bug cannot easily be fixed, a workaround would be fine. Where is the
master category list stored? Can I edit the file manually?
