Description Danny 2005-11-27 13:59:51 UTC
Distribution/Version: ubuntu breezy

Insert an USB memory device or CDROM
Insert another...

The icon captions are way to big. These should be elipsized.

eg:
"motion_3.2.3-1.ubuntu.hoary_i386.deb" should become "motion_3.2 ..." or perhaps
"motion_3 ...deb"

This makes for easier arranging of our desktop icons, especialy the "mounted
filesystem" ones since these appear, dissapear, reappear, etc... It would be
handy to have some sort of predictable behaviour concenring the space they take
on the screen (and not have it depend on the media inserted).

Problem description

This should give a visual idea of what I mean...
Please note that I know I can increase the space between my icons. But let's be
honest, those captions seem a little big right? Either way, I should'nt be able
to put my icons so close together if this is the result, right?
