1. Open a Postscript file that was created from a DVI file, like
<http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/paulgraham/jmc.ps>

Result: the window's titlebar says "jmc.dvi"
Expected: it should say "jmc.ps", because that's its filename

FWIW, File->Properties, it says:
    Title: jmc.dvi
    Creator: dvips 5.76 Copyright 1997 Radi...
    Format: Postscript
