Steps to reproduce the crash: 1. Click on File import dir 2. Select my mp3 3. Start importing Expected Results: Import completed How often does this happen? Always when importing some directory's maybe sometimes when there are mpg file. This is a gstreamer bug, and from the stack trace appears to be a duplicate of bug 320492. Can you run "rhythmbox -d" from a terminal, and try to import the directory. Right before it crashes it should print out the name of the file it was trying to load (it's probably an mpeg). If possible, could you make that file available somewhere and comment on that bug? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 320492 ***
