GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 320124
improper icon size in the sidebar and go, bookmark menus
Last modified: 2005-10-28 21:25:56 UTC
Icons in the sidebar (tree view or places) are 24x24 versions, scaled down. This ends up looking blurry/fuzzy. proper 16x16 versions exist in the theme and are correctly mappen in the index.theme as they work outside nautilus. This is especially visible in the Go menu, where the top items have a proper 16x16 crisp icons, but the locations at the bottm are fuzzy 24x24 scaled down. Other information: Attached is a screenshot of the tango theme (www.tango-project.org), but the default gnome-icon-theme is showing the same behavior.
Created attachment 54015 [details] This illustrates the fuzzy scaled icons perfectly.
Fixed in Nautilus 2.13. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 167107 ***
